1. Do you do custom print designs?
We are not currently taking custom print design commissions, but may in the future. Check https://bsky.app/profile/misutazero.bsky.social for updates.
2. When do you restock?
Restock times will be intermittent, and unscheduled. But we will anounce restocks on social media accounts.
3. Will you print on different size/shape/brand balloons?
Depending on the interest, accessability, and feasability, there may be different balloon size/shape/brand types in the future.
4. My balloon popped, can I get a refund?
We do not give refunds for broken, popped, or otherwise destroyed products. Please contact us if there are obvious or reoccuring issues/defects.
